Ty Milks
Fiber Artist

Ty (Tyrani) Milks is a freelance fiber artist, encapsulating the application of costuming, wig fronting, and three dimensional sculpture in their work as a blend between all concepts of their personal artistic practices.

Ty Milks (b. December 17th, 1995) is a fiber artist in Atlanta, Ga, with a BFA in Sculpture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. The artists work has been exhibited at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Altanta, Ga, Lacoste ,France, and Savannah, Ga. As well the artist has had their work published in SCAN magazine, the scad student body magazine in Atlanta,Ga, SCAD Lacoste advertisement posters, and VoyageATL an online magazine about local Georgia artists. Their work has also been used and on display by Trevor Atkinson and within the household of Bianca Censori Ty's work can also been seen in collaboration with other artists such as Madeline Lenahan of Liberated state apparel, KYNK drag queen, Kaili Myers, and the like.

Ty Milks has worked as an installation specialist for the SCAD Fash museum at the Savannah College of Art and Design, The lead and assistant costumer for The legacy Theatre, as well as the wig masters assistant to Legacy theatre,  and currently does freelance work for commercial photo shoots, advertisement, and private individuals.
